01 Are you ISNetworld compliant? +

Yes, we are an active ISNetworld member with verified safety records, insurance documentation, and compliance history. Our profile is current and accessible to hiring clients. We can provide our ISNetworld contractor ID upon request.

02 What safety certifications do you hold? +

Our team holds current PEC SafeLand/SafeGulf certification, the industry standard for basic safety orientation in the oil and gas sector. We maintain additional training in hazard recognition, PPE protocols, and emergency response procedures.

03 Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance? +

Yes, we can provide COI within 24 hours, typically same-day for urgent requests. We carry comprehensive general liability and can add your organization as an additional insured or certificate holder as required. Workers' compensation certificates are also available.

04 What insurance limits do you carry? +

We carry $2M+ in general liability coverage and maintain appropriate workers' compensation and auto liability policies. Higher limits are available through umbrella coverage for projects that require it. Contact us for specific coverage details.

05 What documentation can you provide for vendor onboarding? +

We can provide: Certificate of Insurance (COI), W-9, capability statement, equipment list with specifications, safety program documentation, EMR history, and references. Most documents are available within 24 hours of request.

06 How quickly can you complete vendor setup? +

We're experienced with utility and municipal vendor registration processes. Standard documentation packages are typically ready same-day. For new vendor portals or custom requirements, we can usually complete setup within 2-3 business days.

07 How do you structure billing for commercial projects? +

We offer flexible billing structures including fixed-price contracts, unit pricing (per acre/mile), and time-and-materials arrangements. For larger projects, we can accommodate progress billing with defined milestones. We work with your procurement requirements.

08 What payment terms do you accept? +

Standard terms are Net 30 for established commercial accounts. We can accommodate Net 45 or Net 60 terms for larger organizations with standard procurement cycles. For new clients, we may require a deposit or progress payments depending on project size.

09 Can you work within municipal procurement requirements? +

Yes, we have experience with municipal procurement processes including formal RFQ/RFP responses, prevailing wage requirements, and standardized contract formats. We can provide bonds if required for larger municipal contracts.

10 How far in advance should we schedule work? +

For larger projects, 2-4 weeks advance notice is ideal to ensure equipment and crew availability. For scheduled maintenance programs, we can set up annual or semi-annual recurring schedules. Emergency response is available with 24-48 hour mobilization.

11 Do you provide project management and reporting? +

Yes, for larger projects we provide regular progress reports including daily logs, photo documentation, and completion certifications. We can accommodate your reporting format requirements and provide GPS-tagged documentation of work completed.

12 What is your mobilization range? +

Our primary service area covers the tri-state region including NY, NJ, CT, and parts of PA and MA. For larger projects, we can mobilize throughout the Northeast. Mobilization costs are included in quotes for projects outside our primary coverage area.

13 Can you handle multi-site or multi-phase projects? +

Yes, we regularly handle multi-site programs for utilities and municipalities. We can coordinate scheduling across multiple locations and provide unified reporting. Master service agreements are available for ongoing relationships with multiple work orders.

14 What safety protocols do your crews follow? +

We maintain comprehensive safety protocols including pre-job hazard assessments, daily safety briefings, and strict adherence to OSHA regulations. All crew members are trained in equipment operation, emergency procedures, and site-specific safety requirements. We conduct regular safety audits and maintain detailed safety documentation for every project.

15 How do your crews communicate on-site? +

All field crews are equipped with wireless radio communication systems to maintain constant contact during operations. This ensures immediate coordination for equipment movements, hazard alerts, and emergency response. Radio communication is critical for safe operation in ROW, utility corridor, and remote site work.

16 What PPE and specialized clothing do you use? +

All crew members wear ANSI-compliant high-visibility clothing, hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots as standard PPE. For pipeline ROW work, our crews are outfitted with FR (Flame Resistant) clothing meeting NFPA 2112 and ASTM standards. We also provide hearing protection, cut-resistant gloves, and additional site-specific PPE as required by client safety protocols.

17 Do you conduct safety training for your employees? +

Yes, all employees complete comprehensive safety training including equipment-specific operations, hazard recognition, first aid/CPR, and emergency response procedures. Our team holds PEC SafeLand certification for oil and gas site work, and we provide ongoing safety education to maintain compliance with evolving industry standards and client requirements.
